James G. McWalters is a Partner in McWalters & Kelterer. John C. Kelterer, Jr. and he formed the Company in 2003.

Vistar Commercial Brokerage Company. CEO. Founded and operated company. First company in Southern California to do industrial tenant representation as a major business line. Sold company to Merrill Lynch.

Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Company. Executive Vice President. Managed 100 brokers in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. First to make a profit in the LA office.
